Driven by their own success inside and outside the pool, Olympian Charlie Houchin and Hayes Johnson are now pioneering a new approach for swim teams across the country.

The reality is swim meets are a complicated event to pull off. Without the right technology, they can easily become slow, disorganized, and hard to watch.

Enter Swimmingly. This app revolutionizes how coaches, athletes, and spectators enjoy the sport they’ve grown to love by eliminating all the hard copy papers, reducing the strain on volunteers, and helping everyone know exactly how far along their meet is.

Our Work Together

The Swimmingly team approached us looking for help and expertise in installing a brand new sales funnel on their existing website.

We developed our lead generator strategy and then got to work developing The Ultimate Swim Team Playbook. Inside, swim team leaders receive videos, templates, example emails, swipe copy, graphics, and more.

Bottom line? This sales funnel needed a lead generator that was disproportionately valuable so that it was a no-brainer for any coach, volunteer, or parent who landed on the page.

Finally, we wrote a custom email sequence to fire off after the download and built everything inside Hubspot.
