Where Hope Finds a Home
Waypoint Ministry is more than a recovery center. Nestled in the hills of North Georgia, it’s a place where brokenness meets grace—where men struggling with addiction encounter the healing power of Jesus Christ and find a path toward a life of purpose.
For two decades, Waypoint has welcomed men into a 12-month residential program that doesn’t promise a quick fix, but something deeper: transformation. With a commitment to Scripture, structured mentorship, accountability, and job skills training, Waypoint helps rebuild men from the inside out. And the impact goes far beyond the individual. Families are restored. Children reconnect with fathers. Entire communities are renewed.
But like many mission-driven organizations, Waypoint needed systems that could match the depth of its work.
Our Work Together
When Waypoint first approached us in conjunction with our friends over at HeyDay Web Media, they had an incredible story—but their communications weren’t telling it clearly or consistently. Donor engagement was sporadic. Email sequences were underdeveloped. Campaigns required a lift that wasn’t always sustainable.
In addition to creating a clear message and compelling website, we began building a full-funnel email marketing strategy, integrating their Bloomerang CRM with MailChimp to establish a powerful, automated communications system. This included:
- Segmented email journeys for General, Mid-Level, Major, and Staff-connected donors.
- A custom “Potential Donor” automation with delays, conditional logic, and a prayer-based lead magnet that served both spiritually and strategically.
- Multiple GivingTuesday and End-of-Year campaigns, including tailored emails, social posts, impact stories, and print appeals.
- A new emphasis on storytelling, donor tagging, and systemized follow-up.
Behind that number are real lives being changed—men who are rediscovering who they were created to be.
