Sport psychology isn’t just therapy with athletes.
The team at White House Sport Psychology understands that athletic success extends far beyond physical skills and abilities; it requires mental resilience, focus, and adaptability. Though mental healthcare is a healthy practice we encourage, working with a sport psychologist includes much more than that.
Here, they know it’s about more than just upping an athlete’s mental game—it’s about opening a whole new set of tools to raise their game to the next level. That’s why they help athletes develop the resilience they need to successfully manage things like nerves, pressure, and high expectations.
Our Work Together
Our work with White House Sport Psychology (one of several clients in the sports and athletics space) started with revamping their website and building a strategic marketing plan. Now, they are members of our monthly strategy program, receiving ongoing support and access to our team for guidance with all of their marketing efforts.
With their website, we wrote custom copy (using the StoryBrand framework) and re-designed their site to better reflect their target audience—complete with a custom video created by local videographer, Mindy Cook.
