The Challenge

Lune Production House didn’t have a quality problem, but they did have a messaging challenge.

They’d already created more than 650 videos for over 100 organizations. Their fantastic reputation was growing, and their clients loved what they produced. But their content and website weren’t keeping up.

Like a lot of creative teams, they found themselves saying some version of “we make great videos.” And while that was true, it didn’t really set them apart or help the right clients understand why Lune was the right fit.

They also weren’t speaking to a specific audience. Nonprofits and small businesses were a great fit for their work, but that wasn’t coming through in a focused or compelling way.

So the challenge was about saying the right things in a way that connects. Who are we for? What makes us different? And how does our work help clients get real results?

They needed messaging and a website that matched the level of quality in their work, and that could turn attention into real opportunities.

The Solution

Our work with Lune was focused, centered on helping them say the right things to the right people in a way that drives action.

We started by refining their messaging using the StoryBrand framework. Together, we mapped out who they serve best, what problems they solve, and how their videos help clients get results.

From there, we translated that messaging into a fully redesigned website. Every page was built with purpose, clearly communicating their value, showcasing their work in the right context, and guiding visitors toward taking the next step.

Along the way, we also provided strategic input on how their offers are structured and how their website supports (rather than replaces) their sales process.

In a lot of ways, this engagement served as both a messaging reset and a strategic foundation, giving Lune the language and direction to confidently grow.
